Spanish Rice and Orzo Blend delivers authentic flavor from around the world by combining marvelous flavored rice and orzo. We blended exquisite yellow saffron rice with black bean-, maize- and red chile-flavored orzo and flakes of spicy ancho peppers for our Spanish Rice and Orzo Blend.

Saffron adds rich, earthy flavor and exquisite yellow color to many rice dishes. We slowly infuse our amazing saffron with our Jasmine Rice, long-grain rice with a sweet scent and mild flavor.
Orzo is delicate oblong shapes of pasta. A versatile, flexible ingredient, it has been a mainstay in Italian cuisine for centuries. Rice-shaped, it works well as a rice substitute or paired with rice.
Our Spanish Rice and Orzo Blend contains three all-natural flavored orzos. Maize Orzo contributes the subtle sweet flavor of corn. Black Bean Orzo offers the bold, basic taste of black beans. Red Pepper Orzo contains spicy red chiles for a pleasant heat that stands up to rich, savory dishes.
We add some spicy ancho peppers for some additional zest to balance the outstanding flavors of our Spanish Rice Blend.
Ingredients:White Rice, durum semolina flour, corn flour, dried chiles, black bean powder, paprika, wheat protein isolate, chile powder, dehydrated egg whites, saffron powder, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, salt, cumin, cuttlefish ink and safflower. (Contains wheat & eggs).
Basic Preparation: Combine 1 cup Spanish Blend, 1-1/3 cups water and a pinch of salt in a saucepan set over high heat. Bring to a boil, immediately reduce heat to a simmer, cover and cook 14-16 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes, fluff with a fork and serve.
