Ingredients:White Rice, durum semolina flour, corn flour, dried chiles, black bean powder, paprika, wheat protein isolate, chile powder, dehydrated egg whites, saffron powder, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, salt, cumin, cuttlefish ink and safflower. (Contains wheat & eggs).

Basic Preparations:Combine 1 cup Spanish Blend, 1-1/3 cups water and a pinch of salt in a saucepan set over high heat. Bring to a boil, immediately reduce heat to a simmer, cover and cook 14-16 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes, fluff with a fork and serve.
