Ingredients: White Basmati Rice, Long Grain Brown Rice, Purple Sticky Rice, Himalayan Red Rice, Green Split Peas, Yellow Split Peas, Red Lentils, Lentils, Black Eye Peas.
Instructions: Combine 1 cup Basmati Pilaf with 2 1/2 cups chicken consomme or other clear broth or water. Add 1 Tbsp oil (optional), herbs or spices as desired. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 50 minutes. Serves 4.
