MESQUITE SEASONING: Sprinkle on any meat where a smoky mesquite flavor is desired. It is a step beyond hickory without additional heat. Enjoy the flavor of the southwest on burgers, chicken and salads.
CORN ON THE COB SEASONING (LIME): The only thing more amazing than fresh corn on the cob is grilled corn! Spice up the flavor of your corn by sprinkling this lime & chipotle seasoning blend. Perfect for all your vegetables, try it on grilled eggplant and summer squash too! The perfect seasoning blend to add a little zip & flavor to your summer veggies!
Ingredients: Granulated Salt, Granulated Garlic, Black Pepper, Lime Juice Powder, (Corn Syrup Solids, Lime Juice & Lime Oil.), Ground Cumin, Ground Chipotle Peppers, Chili Powder (Chili Peppers, Cumin, Oregano, Garlic, Salt), Cilantro.
STATE FAIR BBQ RUB: Use this rub on ribs, pork shoulders, chicken —anything you want to taste like it won a ribbon at your state fair! Use 2 to 3 teaspoons per pound of meat. A 4-pound chicken will take 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons. This barbecue rub is great as an all-purpose seasoning to put on brisket, ribs, and all your favorite meats. It will quickly become one of your favorites!
Ingredients: Brown Sugar ((Brown Sugar (Sugar, Cane Syrups), Caramel may be added for color), Paprika, Kosher Salt, Granulated Onion, Black Pepper, Sugar, Granulated Garlic, Cayenne Pepper, Oregano.
COLESLAW DRESSING MIX: Coleslaw with Creamy Dressing 4 cups thinly sliced cabbage and 1 cup grated carrot. Dressing: In a bowl mix together: 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 1/2 tsp grainy mustard, 2 Tbsp cider vinegar, 2 Tbsp buttermilk (or Greek Yogurt) 2 Tbsp Coleslaw Mix. Pour dressing over cabbage and carrots. Toss until vegetables are coated. Cover and refrigerate to develop flavor. Coleslaw with Vinegar Dressing: 4 cups thinly sliced cabbage, 2 cups thinly sliced green pepper, 2 cups thinly sliced red sweet onion, 1/3 cup sugar. Dressing: 1 cup cider vinegar, 3/4 cup vegetable oil, 2 Tbsp Coleslaw Mix. Heat to a simmer to dissolve sugar and salt in Coleslaw Mix. Layer cabbage, peppers & onions & sprinkle with sugar. Repeat, total 6 layers of vegetables. Pour hot dressing over vegetables. Cover & refrigerate overnight to develop best flavor.
