Everything Bagel Sausage & Cheese Rolls

Serves 20 people
Preheat Oven to 375°

Ingredients

  • 17 ozs Niblack All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 ½ tsp. Salt
  • 1 oz Dry Yeast
  • 1 oz oil or shortening
  • 10 oz warm water (105°)
  • 12 oz cooked crumbled sausage (or
  • Niblack Soy Sausage Crumbles)
  • Niblack Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 12 ozs Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Direction

1. Mix dough ingredients (for 5 minutes) with a dough
hook.
2. Proof dough for 30 mins.
3. Roll to 20″ × 12″.
4. Top with cheese and sausage.
5. Sprinkle with Niblack Everything Bagel Seasoning.
6. Roll up (like cinnamon rolls).
7. Cut into 20 slices.
8. Place 4×5 onto parchment paper lined ½ sheet pan.
9. Proof again for 30 minutes.
10. Bake at 375° for 15–20 minutes

Variations: Vegan with vegan dough, vegan cheese, soy pepperoni, soy sausage, or soy bacon bits; or make it “Italian Style” with Niblack Pizza Seasoning and Mozzarella!
