90% Protein. Contains less than 2% Lecithin. For a high protein drink add 1-2 Tbsp to 8 oz milkshake or fruit juice. For energy bars: Mix 1 c. with 1/2 c. Peanut Butter and 1/2 c. Honey; turn out on buttered surface. Pat to 1/2″ thick and cut into bars; chill.
