Product of Thailand. Jasmine Rice has a delicate scent and a delicious flavor. It is quite versatile, good in pilafs and desserts.
Instructions: 1 cup rice, 1 1/4 cups water or broth, 1 Tbsp butter (optional), salt to taste. Bring to boil, cover pan and simmer 25 minutes. Yields 3 cups or 6 (1/2 cup) servings.
