Description

Named because of its teardrop shape. The Biblical name Job was added because Job had a lot to cry about. Use in salads, soups and cereal.

Basic Prep: Rinse and pan roast until aromatic and making a crackling sound. 1 cup Job’s Tears, 2 cups water, 1/2 tsp Sea Salt. Bring water and sea salt to boil and add toasted Job’s Tears. Reduce heat, cover, simmer 1 hour. Serve hot or cold in salads. Makes 3 cups.
