Description

This is a spinach flavored couscous. Same size as traditional couscous, however this couscous adds color and flavor. Cooks up just like traditional couscous:
Saute 1 1/2 c. Spinach Couscous in 2 Tbsp butter (opt.) for 5 min. Add 2 cups boiling water or bouillon, cover, simmer 5 min.
Cooks to a dark green in color with a spinach flavor. Serve Spinach Couscous with marinated, broiled vegetables. Cooked chilled Couscous makes a super salad ingredient. Use a bed of Couscous instead of rice with curries or stir fry meals.
