Serves 3 hungry leprechauns and Goldilocks.
Ing: Wheat Germ, Steel Cut Oats, Flax Seed Meal, Oat Bran.
For hot cereal: Bring 2 cups water to boil. Add 1 cup Celtic Porridge to 2 cups boiling water.(add 1/4 tsp salt or to taste). Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Serve with brown sugar, butter and fruit. Add to yogurt or other cereals for a delicious whole grain crunch.
