An aromatic blend from the Middle East. Season meatballs, vegetables, or use as a dip. Mix with olive oil for salad or spread on bread or pizza. Spread with olive oil over the top of toasted pita bread or focaccia. Serve with strong coffee! Sumac was used by native Americans and in Europe before citrus fruits were introduced.
