Description

Spelt has a delightfully sweet nutty flavor and texture. It adds a healthy “chew” and protein to salads, soups, and pilaf. Also known as Farro Grande (Italy) and Dinkel (Germany and Switzerland).
Boil 1 cup grain and 3 cups water or stock, cover and simmer 50 minutes. Yields 2 cups. Produce of U.S.A.
