Sprinkled on just about any hot meat, poultry, or vegetable dish, preferably before cooking, this mixture turns an everyday dish into a quick gourmet treat. A teaspoonful or so added to a cup of plain vinegar and oil salad dressing is wonderful. Use a light hand until you know how much you like.
