Kiełbasa is a Polish word for traditional Polish sausage.Use 4 oz to season 10 lb of meat. OR Mix 2 rounded tsp seasoning with 2 Tbsp water. Mix thoroughly with 1 lb ground pork, turkey or other ground meat. Shape into patties or sausages. Ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Garlic, Black Pepper, Marjoram.
