This is a Jerk blend that adds a level of sweetness to a moderate amount of pepper heat. It is a great taste for pork or chicken. Try it on Tofu or tempeli too.

Ingredients: Brown Sugar, Granulated Garlic, Salt, Allspice, Black Pepper, Ground Ginger, Onion, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Crushed Red Pepper, Ground Mustard Seed.
