Ingredients: Degermed Corn Meal.

POLENTA: In mixing bowl combine 1 c. Corn Meal, 1 c. cold water and 1 tsp salt. Bring 3 c. water to rolling boil, slowly pour in mixture. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce to simmer. Simmer 30-40 min. stirring constantly; simmer until very thick. Spread mixture into loafpan or onto board. Cut into squares. Eat hot; top with sauce or Parmesan cheese. Or chill; then fry or toast.
