Great for mush or fried grits. For Scrapple, 1/2 lb beef or pork, 1 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper, 1 cup corn grits, 1 med onion, 6 cups water. Brown onion in oil; add meat, seasoning & water. Boil 1 hour. Turn into mold, cool, cut in slices. Fry until brown.
