Almond meal or almond flour is made from ground sweet almonds. Almond flour is usually made with blanched almonds (no skin), whereas almond meal can be made both with whole or blanched almonds.

According to our customers, our almond flour is very light, airy and fine and doesn’t have to be run through a food processor like other brands– light sifting makes it perfect for smooth and shiny macaron shells.

Almond flour is used in pastry and confectionery creations in almond macaroons, macarons, pies, cakes and pastries.
