Description
1/3 c. tapioca, 2 1/4 c. milk, 3/4 c. water, 2 eggs, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 c sugar, 1/4 tsp vanilla.Soak tapioca in water 3+ hours. Drain. In pan,add milk & salt to tapioca, stirring till boiling; slow simmer 45-50 min.Stir often.Add beaten eggs to sugar. Pour tapioca slowly into mixture.Put in pan, cook slowly 5 min Add vanilla. Serves 6.
