Description

Cayenne pepper is ground from hot, red chili peppers. In almost infinite variety, chili peppers are essential in the cuisines of many cultures. Their growing popularity makes them familiar ingredients to most people. They differ in flavor and in the heat they impart to food. Try several, use very sparingly at first, and enjoy.

Cayenne Pepper is often used in Mexican dishes and sauces, soups, stews, curries, potatoes, meats & eggs.

Try a pinch in two cups stewed tomatoes, or add 1/16 tsp to 8 oz. cream cheese, blending well.
