Pink Peppercorns are a gourmet item in French cooking, where they are used for their sweet peppery flavor and lovely color. Use in a vinaigrette or crush and use as a coating for a filet mignon or pork tenderloin. They are not related in any way to true peppercorns. They are actually the dried fruit of the Baies Rose.
