Description

Originally most often using beef skirt steak, a fajita is prepared today with chicken, pork, and even shrimp or fish and is cooked with onions and peppers. Condiments are shredded lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, elotes corn (See our Chipotle Lime Corn Seasoning!)

Stir fry (1 to 1 1/4 lbs.) chicken strips on with 2 Tbsp oil for 5 minutes. Add 3 tbs Fajita Mix, 1 green bell pepper strips, 1 sliced sweet onion; 1/3 cup water; cook until chicken is done and vegetables are tender. Serve in warmed tortillas.with shredded lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, cheese.
