Coconut Granola Recipe Pumpkin Spice Coconut Granola with Raw Wheat GermAUTHORNiblack Foods CATEGORYGranola Blend POSTED ONMay 18, 2016 SOCIALNiblack FoodsIngredients: 1/2 cup Coconut Oil 1/4 cup Niblack Foods Organic Peanut Butter Powder 1/3 cup Pure Maple Syrup, Molasses, or Honey 1/4 tsp Spriana Vanilla Bean Sea Salt 1 tsp Niblack Foods Pumpkin Pie Spice 4 cups Rolled Oats 1/2 cup Niblack Foods Raw Wheat Germ 1/2 cup Niblack Foods Super Seed Blend 1 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut 1/2 cup Sliced Raw Almonds or Raw Cashews 1/2 cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds 1/4 cup Unsalted Sunflower Seeds 1 cup Dried Cranberries, or Raisins 1/2 cup water Instructions: Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Add the coconut oil, peanut butter powder, maple syrup, sea salt, and pumpkin spice to a medium saucepan, and simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a separate bowl, reserving the water for later. Add the hot liquid to the dry mixture and mix well. You want this moist, so add water till it forms into a small ball. Spread granola on two baking sheets. Put in the oven and bake for 50 minutes. Halfway through, stir the granola gently.
