A unique granular base and seasoning made with vegetables, herbs and other flavorings found in a classic vegetable stock. Prepared, the product creates a golden stock with the balanced, well-rounded flavor and aroma of long-simmered vegetables, while still satisfying the requirements of a low or reduced sodium diet. Completely vegetarian, this product contains no meat, dairy or egg products. This base contains no monosodium glutamate (MSG).

Prepare stock or seasoning by dissolving product in water. A soup base makes an excellent foundation for creating or enhancing stocks, sauces, stews and vegetables. Use prepared stock to create home-style soups or to enhance pasta or rice dishes. Sprinkle on the dry base to season dressings, dips, spreads, vegetables, mashed potatoes and flavored butter or oil.
