Spring Rice Blend is the perfect compliment to seafood, fish and scallops. It makes for exotic and flavorful spring and summer salads and gives a unique twist to pasta salads. Try tossing with olive oil, asparagus and fresh herbs.

Ingredients:Rice, Durum semolina flour, wheat protein isolate, lemon emulsion, lemon powder, garlic emulsion, salt, bamboo leaf extract and turmeric spice for color. (Contains wheat).

Basic Preparations:Combine 1 cup Spring Rice Blend, 1-3/4 cups water and a pinch of salt in a saucepan set over high heat. Bring to a boil, immediately reduce heat to a simmer, cover and cook 12-15 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes, fluff with a fork and serve immediately.
