Pistachio Nut Millet with Braised Cabbage in Balsamic Reduction

Ingredients
1 cup Millet
1/2 cup Pistachio Nuts
1 or 2 cloves garlic
small fresh cabbage
1 cup Balsamic Vinegar
Olive Oil
Sea Salt

Instructions
Prepare Millet according to package directions
Reduce vinegar for 1 hour or use Spriana 4 Leaf Traditional and heat for 15 mins. set aside.
In mini food processor combine garlic and nuts, reserve 2 Tbsp for finishing.
Combine millet, pistachio nut garlic mixture, olive oil, sea salt, mixing together well.
Shred cabbage and saute until slightly wilted. Remove from heat and combine enough balsamic with cabbage to coat.

To Serve
Plate Millet, put cabbage in center and sprinkle with remaining pistachios.
